The Butterfly Centre, based at Stanford Hills Estate, is a specialised learning centre supporting children with diverse learning needs. They required a tangible, printed DL brochure (double-sided) to share with parents, caregivers, potential sponsors, and donors.

The goal was to reflect the same colourful, happy, and approachable feel as their website—warm, inviting, and easy to understand. I created the design in Adobe Illustrator with supporting image work done in Photoshop, ensuring the final product was both visually engaging and informative.

Stanford Republic – Poster

This A3 event poster was designed for a local Stanford pub and live music venue that regularly hosts performances and needed eye-catching promotional material. I chose a high-resolution greyscale image to create a bold, moody aesthetic, using a subtle pop of colour on the date and the venue’s logo to draw attention where it counts. The layout was crafted in Adobe Illustrator, with photo editing handled in Adobe Photoshop to ensure a polished and professional finish.

Veldpharm – Africana Series Brochure

Veldpharm, a manufacturer and supplier of traditional herbal remedies, approached me to design a digital brochure for their Africana Range. The goal was to create a clear, professional layout that reflects the authenticity and natural essence of their products. I used deep-etched product images to ensure they stood out crisply against a clean white background, enhancing visual impact. The brochure was created using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop, and is available in two formats: a high-resolution PDF for print and a compressed version for easy sharing via email.

False Bay Brewing Company – Wingman Packaging

The Wingman project for False Bay Brewing Company was all about creating a more cost-effective liquor option. These 300ml spout pouches were designed to be sold alongside soft drinks as a mixer, targeting younger adults. The brief called for a bright and funky design to really play up the clever “Wingman” name – emphasizing it as the perfect accompaniment for your favourite soft drink. I used Adobe Illustrator to bring this vibrant and eye-catching design to life.

Stanford Kitchen Menu

A long-standing client, Stanford Kitchen, needed a menu refresh to perfectly complement the new Bruce Jack wine menus they were introducing. The goal was a seamless transition between the wine list and their bistro-style food offerings. I designed the menu to align beautifully in terms of both design and font, ensuring a cohesive and sophisticated feel. Adobe InDesign was my tool of choice for this project.

The Fruit and Nut Case – Business Card

Even though business cards aren’t as common these days, this one for The Fruit and Nut Case just made sense. This local side business, which mostly operates at markets in small towns, needed something practical yet modern. The card combines the best of both worlds: it’s got all the traditional contact info and a glimpse of their product range, but also a QR code that shoots you straight to their WhatsApp cart when you scan it. I went for a fun but simple design, using browns to tie into the earthiness of the company and their vibe. All the design work was done in Adobe Illustrator.

False Bay Brewing Company – Travel Series

For the False Bay Brewing Company’s new “The Travel Series” 750ml liquor range, I designed a collection of fun, professional, and attractive labels. The brief called for a middle-of-the-range product that would stand out on the shelf, and to achieve this, each liquor type was paired with its own unique animal mascot. Working closely with owner Jody Moore, I developed the label artwork and layouts using Adobe Illustrator, ensuring each bottle had a distinct personality that would appeal to consumers. This project was a true pleasure to work on.
