Stanford Village Properties is the only independent real estate agency in Stanford and has been helping clients buy and sell property since 2004. I started working with Natalie in 2020 when her existing website needed a fresh look and updated functionality.
The new site is database-driven and designed to be easily updated by Natalie or her assistant. Properties can be tagged as sold, reduced, or under offer, and users can search listings based on area, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, price range, and property type. Each property has its own dedicated page with a full description and image gallery.
The website also includes an integrated newsletter feature, allowing property listings to be sent directly to subscribers from the site.
